Thank you for your interest in our art prints and original paintings. Please take a moment to review our return policy:

1. No Returns or Exchanges: All sales of art prints, postcards, stickers, and original paintings are final. Once an item is sold, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

2. Quality Assurance: We take great care in ensuring the highest quality of our art prints and original paintings. Each piece is thoroughly inspected before shipment to guarantee it meets our standards.

3. Damage During Shipping: In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and artwork, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

4. Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please reach out to us before making a purchase. We are here to provide detailed information and images to help you make an informed decision.

5. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within Canada and US. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

Please send an email with your order number (you can find this in your email confirmation) and a description of the issue to muskaanrudhra@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?

We usually ship orders the following week. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days.
 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?

We usually include an estimate on each store listing. Some orders will take longer depending on cultural events (during holidays postal carriers usually see a significant influx of orders needing to be processed and therefore shipping times are affected) and region (often orders to rural areas will take longer than those to metropolitan areas). If you are worried, please feel free to email us at the address above.

I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for the input of incorrect addresses, as an independent illustrator I can't afford to do so. Please check your address when placing your order and afterwards, the address can be found on your order confirmation. If you realize that you've entered the wrong address, please email us ASAP and we will do our best to rectify the error if we can.

LOCAL TAXES

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for local taxes once an order is placed. Some regions (eg some European companies) will charge recipients local taxes upon pickup - if you want a refund because you don’t want to pay local taxes we can only do so (minus shipping) once we receive the goodies back undamaged.

How do I download my digital products?

This product is a digital download. You will not receive a physical product. Once you purchase your product, you will receive the download in a zip file which is ready to use. No returns once digital products are brought.
